Article feedback and corrections
Most technical questions are easier to resolve in public on the article itself. Scroll to the comments section at the bottom of the tutorial you are following and leave a note there. Comments are powered by Giscus and require a GitHub account to sign in. That thread helps the next reader who hits the same error, and our authors can reply with updated commands or distro-specific notes.
If a command fails, include your distribution and version, the exact error message, and what you changed from the article. Screenshots or log excerpts speed up diagnosis.
When to email instead
Reach us at admin@golinuxcloud.com when the request does not fit a single article thread. Examples include site-wide access problems, copyright or attribution questions, privacy requests, partnership inquiries, or anything sensitive that should not be posted publicly.
We read every message, but we are a small editorial team running a large tutorial library, so complex investigations may take a few business days. We do not provide individual homework support, live server administration, or guaranteed same-day production incident response through this inbox.
How we handle corrections
GoLinuxCloud tutorials are written and reviewed by engineers who run the commands on real systems. Mistakes still happen when packages change or a step only applies to one distribution family. When you report a reproducible error, we verify it, update the article, and bump the last updated date on the page. Our full process is described in the Editorial Policy.
Privacy and account data
We do not operate a user registration system on the main site. If you comment through GitHub, your username and comment text are stored on GitHub under their privacy terms.
